Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to all individuals who use the facilities and services provided by The Colony Club Casino.

Definitions: In this Agreement, "Member" means any individual who has applied for membership or is currently a member of the Club, and "Governing Law" means the laws of England and Wales.
Membership Eligibility: Membership to the Club is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who can demonstrate that they are able to meet their gambling commitments. The Club may decline an application for membership at its discretion.
Application Process: To apply for membership, applicants must provide identification documents and complete a personal data form as required by the Club. Membership will be granted on acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and payment of any applicable fees.
Responsible Gaming: The Club is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Members are encouraged to set their own deposit limits or take advantage of other tools provided to promote responsible gambling, including time-outs or self-exclusion from the premises for a defined period.
Liability: The Club shall not be liable for any losses incurred by Members due to equipment failure, human error, or third-party interference with its facilities and services.
Exclusivity Clause: Membership of the Club is exclusive to those who have applied and been accepted as members in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. No other individual shall claim membership rights or benefits.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including but not limited to any claims for damages, will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the English Arbitration Act 1996.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: The Club may amend these terms at its discretion by giving reasonable notice to Members via a written notification displayed on its premises or made available online.
Termination of Membership: The Club reserves the right to terminate any membership without cause, upon provision of reasonable notice to the Member.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from breach of these terms and conditions shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the English Arbitration Act 1996, or through a court of competent jurisdiction as determined by law.
Notices: For the purposes of this Agreement, notices may be given to Members via written notification on its premises, email, or postal mail.
Entirety: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or in writing.
Waiver: Any waiver by The Colony Club of any breach by a Member does not constitute a continuing waiver of such breach but only applies to that specific incident.
Enforcement: These terms are binding upon and enure for the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors, assigns, heirs, administrators, executors, and personal representatives.
Severability: If any provision or part thereof shall be found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, it is not intended that such provision or part should affect the validity of this Agreement in whole or in part which remains enforceable according to its terms.

By entering these premises and using the facilities provided hereunder, Members acknowledge having read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
